This Manpower Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made at — on —, by and between —, having its registered office at — (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" or "SP"), and —, having its registered office at — (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). Note on Statutory Charges (Compliance Model): The statutory employer contributions — PF Employer (12%), ESIC Employer (3.25%), PF Admin (0.50%), EDLI (0.50%) totalling 16.5% — are borne by the Client and shown as a separate line item in every invoice raised by the SP. The Agency Markup of 10% is the SP's service fee charged on the worker's Basic CTC. All amounts are exclusive of GST.
