This Casual Daily Wage Manpower Supply Agreement ("Agreement") is made at — on —, by and between —, having its registered office at — (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" or "SP"), and —, having its registered office at — (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). The SP and Client are collectively referred to as the "Parties".
