How to Use This Tool
Follow these steps to generate salary slips for your entire team in seconds.

Prepare Your Excel File
Your Excel must have column headers in Row 1 — the very first row. Remove any title rows, company name rows, or section label rows above the headers. Maximum 100 employees per upload — if you have more, split into batches.

Required Columns in Your Excel
Your file must contain at minimum:
🧑 Employee Name Emp Code / ID 💚 At least one Earning (e.g. Basic, HRA) 💰 Net Salary / Net Pay 🔴 Deductions are optional
Any other columns — PF Number, Bank Account, Designation, Department etc. — will be detected as Employee Info and shown on the slip.
