📋 Required Template Columns

• UAN — 12-digit Universal Account Number as registered with EPFO. Mandatory — employees without UAN will be skipped in ECR.
• Member Name — Employee full name as registered with EPFO. Will be uppercased automatically in the ECR file.
• Gross Wages — Total payable gross salary for the month after attendance adjustment.
• EPF Wages — PF wage on which contributions are calculated. Enter Payable Basic+DA, subject to EPFO wage ceiling.
• EPS Wages — Pension wage. Same as EPF Wages in most cases, subject to EPFO pension wage ceiling.
• EPF Contribution — Total employee PF deducted for the month. Includes standard PF and VPF if applicable.
• EPS Contribution — Employer pension contribution for the month, as per current EPFO rates and ceiling.
• EPF EPS Difference — Employer EPF contribution for the month. Calculated as total employer PF minus EPS contribution.
• NCP Days — Non-Contributing Days. Number of days the employee was absent or did not contribute to PF.
• Refund of Advances — PF advance repayment if any. Enter 0 if not applicable.
